Donna Parnell is the founder of Global Connections INT. She was born and raised in the city of Detroit and was abandoned at the age of 12. She left her life hustling drugs through the streets of Detroit for many years, though she attended school while working as a mother of five. 

Donna created this business due to the abuse, neglect, and unhealthy life habits that she incurred as a young child and carried through adulthood. The purpose is to maximize skills and lived experience to reach those who are suffering in silence. To give them insight and allow them to see that there are others in this world who have also lived through horrific traumatic experiences. Donna dealt with molestation from the age of three up until her teenage years, along with physical abuse, and that limited to the subsequent murders of her children's father as she witnessed these things and so much more. This is an opportunity to give back so that others are able to move forward.
